3 Types of People You Need to Win Over

Partnering with startups sounds like a great idea on paper for large corporations; making it work, however, is not so simple.

For instance, managers who are effective in bridging the external startup ecosystem with their corporation need to get a range of internal actors on board. I recently posted an article on Innolead to illustrate the three types of important actors to win over:

  1. Internal champions (ideally senior managers)

  2. Opportunity generators (primarily business unit managers)

  3. Roving ambassadors (potentially including even more junior managers)
